Return & Refund Policy

We always deliver only fresh and high-quality flowers, but if you want to use the right of return and refund, you must write to us within 24 hours after the delivery of flowers and provide several photos of low-quality flowers. The bouquet should be in the same form as it was delivered. When filing a claim, also include your order number, delivery date, full or partial refunds.
In other cases, the care of the bouquet of flowers belongs to the recipient.
